Fun to
the Front
We help educators, organizations, and creators design experiences that spark curiosity, encourage participation, and create lasting memories.
The idea
Learning starts before instruction.
Information alone does not create learning. People remember what captures their attention, activates their curiosity, and invites them to participate.
Dopamine Designs exists to help move engagement from an afterthought to the starting point. We design resources, training, and learning experiences that put the most compelling part of an idea where people can feel it first.

What we do
Designing for participation.
Speaking
Keynotes that challenge assumptions about engagement, literacy, creativity, and learning.
Training
Interactive workshops and professional development designed for immediate classroom application.
Partnerships
Long-term implementation support that helps schools build sustainable systems for engagement.
Why It Matters
Engagement is the gateway to learning.
Students cannot remember what they never noticed. They cannot apply what they never understood. They cannot become confident in skills they never practiced.
Whether the goal is literacy, mathematics, science, workforce readiness, or school culture, engagement is often the first step in the learning process.
At Dopamine Designs, we help educators create experiences that move learners from attention to action, from action to memory, and from memory to confidence.
- Participation increases
- Retention improves
- Confidence grows
- Critical thinking develops
- Learning becomes more durable

Our principle
The Science of Engagement.
We base our work on a simple progression: attention creates interest, interest leads to action, action becomes experience, experience becomes memory, memory builds confidence, and confidence opens the door to critical thinking.
